Under the baton of renowned conductor Liu Shun, the Macao Chinese Orchestra presents the fabulous Night of Macao, a concert in collaboration with young percussionist Zheng Yu and award-winning erhu player Lu Yiwen. With numerous appearances in halls at home and abroad, these two virtuosi will fully convey the aesthetics of Chinese traditional music through Asturias (Leyenda) for handpan and Chinese orchestra, and the surreal erhu piece Relieved in Dream. 

Composed by Singapore Cultural Medallion winner Eric Watson, Night of Macao will have its world premiere, unveiling a score that embodies the city spirit, performed alongside Postcard of Macao, both works commissioned by the Macao Chinese Orchestra. Featuring an array of skillful musicians, this orchestral feast is imbued with the colours and flavours that make our city so unique!

Sob a batuta do conceituado maestro Liu Shun, a Orquestra Chinesa de Macau apresenta a Noite de Macau, uma emocionante colaboração com o jovem percussionista Zheng Yu, e a multipremiada intérprete de erhu Lu Yiwen. Com inúmeras aparições em salas de concerto nacionais e internacionais, estes dois virtuosos dão vida à estética da música tradicional chinesa através de Astúrias (Lenda) para handpan e orquestra chinesa, e da surreal peça para Erhu Libertado num Sonho. 

Escrito por Eric Watson, compositor galardoado com o Medalhão Cultural de Singapura, Noite de Macau terá a sua estreia mundial neste concerto que conta ainda com Postal Ilustrado de Macau, tendo ambos os trabalhos sido comissionados pela Orquestra Chinesa de Macau. Levando ao palco um exímio conjunto de músicos, este festim orquestral funde as tonalidades e os sabores que emprestam à cidade uma aura singular!

著名指揮家劉順將帶領澳門中樂團，攜手青年打擊樂演奏家鄭瑀演出，以及近年活躍於國內外音樂舞台、屢獲殊榮的二胡演奏家陸軼文，在本屆音樂節呈獻精彩絕倫的《澳門之夜》。

手碟與民族管弦樂隊《阿斯圖里亞斯的傳奇》旋律優美，二胡協奏曲《夢釋》如幻似真，充分體現中樂獨特的美學思想和藝術境界；由澳門中樂團委約新加坡文化獎得主埃里克．沃森創作的民族管弦樂作品《澳門之夜》極富澳門精神，將在本場音樂會中作世界首演；同場還將演奏澳門中樂團委約王辰威創作的《澳門明信片》。
