After an original reading of the myth of Faust, the company Miroirs Étendus offers this time a version as dreamy as it is intimate of Orphée et Eurydice , where the composer Othman Louati and the director Thomas Bouvet revisit Gluck 's masterpiece to create an "immersive lyrical spectacle for six singers and eight sound musicians".

In a black setting traversed by the mystery of smoke and fog, the three main characters – Orpheus, Eurydice, Love – will be interpreted by women, while the choir, which has become a vocal quartet, will remain invisible and spatialized, reaching intimacy of an interior word like "voices coming from the stars tracing their lines from the heights". A descent into Hell but also an eternal return to lost love... Because for the authors of the show, the journey of Orpheus is above all a journey that testifies to a universal emotion: "that of the loss of the loved one - and of the oh so concrete peregrinations that it gives life to”.
