Новый мультимедийный проект Симфонического оркестра Москвы «Русская филармония» – «Шехеразада. Половецкие пляски». Приглашаем в мир самых ярких эмоций и роковых страстей! В оформлении крупномасштабными видеопроекциями «Шехеразады» использованы декорации и эскизы костюмов Л. Бакста, созданные для постановки балета «Русских сезонов» в Париже. Сочетание восхитительной музыки и красочного видеоряда, заполняющего все пространство Светлановского зала, позволяет наиболее полно насладиться этими шедеврами.

Чарующая восточная сказка «Шехеразада» – одно из самых известных инструментальных сочинений Римского-Корсакова. Композитор создал неповторимое по красоте произведение, напоенное ароматами звездной арабской ночи, танцевальными ритмами Востока, картинами морской стихии и волшебной атмосферой безграничной любви. Султан Шахриар, убежденный в коварстве и неверности женщин, дал зарок казнить каждую из своих жен после первой ночи, но прекрасная Шехеразада, балансируя на грани любви и смерти, тысячу и одну ночь рассказывала своему грозному повелителю удивительные сказки. Побуждаемый любопытством, Шахриар постоянно откладывал ее казнь и, наконец, совершенно оставил свое намерение, потому что уже не мог представить свою жизнь без красавицы Шехеразады.

«Половецкие пляски», одна из лучших сцен оперы Бородина «Князь Игорь», приобрела огромную популярность. Красочное празднество с дикими, темпераментными плясками и нежнейшими, лирическими песнями всегда производит на зрителей неизгладимо яркое впечатление.

A new multimedia project of the Moscow Symphony Orchestra “Russian Philharmonic” – “Scheherazade. Polovtsian dances." We invite you to the world of the brightest emotions and fatal passions! The design of Scheherazade with large-scale video projections uses scenery and costume designs by L. Bakst, created for the production of the ballet “Russian Seasons” in Paris. The combination of amazing music and colorful video sequences that fill the entire space of the Svetlanov Hall allows you to fully enjoy these masterpieces.

The enchanting oriental tale “Scheherazade” is one of Rimsky-Korsakov’s most famous instrumental works. The composer created a work of unique beauty, filled with the aromas of the starry Arabian night, the dance rhythms of the East, pictures of the sea elements and the magical atmosphere of boundless love. Sultan Shahriar, convinced of the treachery and infidelity of women, vowed to execute each of his wives after the first night, but the beautiful Scheherazade, balancing on the brink of love and death, told her formidable master amazing tales for a thousand and one nights. Prompted by curiosity, Shahriar constantly postponed her execution and finally completely abandoned his intention, because he could no longer imagine his life without the beautiful Scheherazade.

“Polovtsian Dances,” one of the best scenes from Borodin’s opera “Prince Igor,” gained enormous popularity. A colorful festival with wild, temperamental dances and the most tender, lyrical songs always leaves an indelibly vivid impression on the audience.
