Thomas Birch

British/Australian tenor Thomas Birch sets himself apart with his dynamic performances and commanding stage presence. Praised by Bachtrack as “throwing powerful high notes to the audience,” Birch has enjoyed success throughout the world. Debuts for the season 2019 included; Pinkerton in Puccini’s Madam Butterfly, Macduff in Verdi’s Macbeth and Mr Angel in Mozarts “The Impresario”, as well as numerous concert performances throughout Europe. In August of 2018, Thomas performed in the Czech Republic two concert performances of “Don Jose” in Bizet’s Carmen. The role was performed under the personal guidance of renowned soprano Gabriela Benackova.
