A romantic story about the mysterious Mister X, who never takes off his mask in the arena. This is a story about love and deceit, honor and betrayal. Generous, brilliant music of the composer ensured her worldwide popularity.

In the Chelyabinsk version of the operetta, director Alexander Isakov emphasizes the main role of Mister X - under his name the performance entered the theater repertoire.

Artist Vyacheslav Okunev created dynamic scenography, abandoning the traditional dome above the stage, which has been turned into a circus arena. Instead, there are revolving doors, moving trucks, breaking the space of the stage.

Musical director Yuri Krylov turned the overture into a potpourri of Kalman melodies: the audience will hear a tango in the spirit of Piazzolla and Charleston. The performance also includes a classic insert from the operetta "Dutch Girl" - the famous comedy scene of Karolina and Pelican.
